We are hosting a free full-day event in Semkovo on November 15th
for Coworking & Coliving industry professionals

Complement the Coworking Europe 2024 experience in Bulgaria with a free day of further connection and inspiration

to deepen connections within our industry and have a great time together, enjoying the delights of the Bulgarian countryside in one of Europe’s biggest Coworking and Coliving project.


You will experience one of the most ambitious rural coliving projects, share and learn, and have a good time. We will enjoy some delicious food and party together. Best of all, this is a complementary event that includes free transportation from/to Sofia for industry professionals.

Friday, November 15th

Schedule:
08:00 Pickup from Sofia at Costa Coffee (National Palace of Culture)
please come EARLY as the bus will leave on time. (the driver will pick you up from Costa Coffee). Have some breakfast/coffee before -- in Semkovo --

11:30 Welcome to Coliving Semkovo, introductions and interactive session planning
12:30 Presentation of the project and tour of the building
14:00 Lunch
15:00 Leaders Unconference sessions (3 sessions with topics decided by the group)
19:00 Let's cook dinner together
21:30 Bonfire party
Midnight: Return to Sofia (arrive 03:00)
Optional: Skip Dinner and the Bonfire to leave at 19:00 and be back in Sofia around 22:00

What is an unconference session?
An unconference session is a participant-driven event where attendees shape the agenda and topics. Unlike traditional conferences, it has an informal structure, open discussions, and no pre-set schedule. Attendees propose and choose topics, everyone can contribute, and people can freely move between sessions to engage in what interests them


Wasn't this supposed to be a weekend event?
The renovation of our building is progressing nicely and we can't wait to show you, but there is a risk that we wont have enough electricity and heating to accommodate a big group for a weekend event mid November.

So we have decided to turn this into a free one day event instead of a full weekend.
