What is the cost of investing in a company apartment at Coliving Semkovo, and are there any additional fees?

The average cost of a fully furnished and renovated company studio apartment at Coliving Semkovo is approximately €35,000 plus VAT on renovation/furniture.

Additionally, annual fees are estimated at €800 (small unit) to around €2,000 (large unit) plus VAT per apartment, covering maintenance, repairs, and usage of coliving areas. Cleaning services (if desired) and utilities (water, electricity, heating) are billed separately based on consumption.

It's important to note that the estimate for company apartments might be slightly higher compared to individual units featured on our homepage or FAQ. This is not due to overcharging corporate partners, but rather because individual buyers typically support the project earlier and are more likely to select smaller, more affordable units. Additionally, some individual buyers may choose to handle their own renovations, furniture purchases, and require fewer services than corporate partners. However, corporate partners will have access to the same pricing as individuals.

The coop has voted to provide fee use of Block C to one named owner per apartment.
Additional users are required to pay an extra user fee, currently estimated at €150 per month plus VAT.

We also aim to provide best practices on how to host events, what activities can be done in the area and help with contacts to vetted service providers that can help you to run any type of events.
